New Patient Registration

moterh_and_babyThe doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area.  As it often takes some time for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a consultation with the doctor.

New patients registering with the practice should make an appointment for a full medical examination with the Practice Nurse.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  You will  be asked to provide appropriate personal identification when you apply to be registered with the practice. Please contact reception for further information.

When you register at the surgery will be allocated a named GP, this does not stop you from seeing any GP in the surgery. Having an allocated GP allows for continuity of care behind the scenes, even if you may never see your own GP. Your allocated GP is responsible for the co-ordination of appropriate services when required.
