From November 2020, all patients who inform the surgery they are suffering from generalised aches and pains, muscle symptoms or nerve symptoms will be directly referred to the specialist.

You will no longer be directed to your GP unless these pains are in relation to an existing condition.

Please note that your request will be assessed by a GP or other healthcare professional. This may result in a receptionist calling you to arrange an appointment, or the GP may call you to attempt to deal with your medical issue. If necessary a face to face appointment can be arranged after this call.
