If yes, call our support line on 01827 59646 (from 19th March 2020), anytime between 10:00-15:00. It is answer machine outside these times, so please leave your name and contact number.
The service is offering:
- Regular telephone contact with a trained volunteer
- Friendly chat/ befriending
- Sign posting support
- Tips on self-isolating
- Text Updates
The service will also offer FaceTime, WhatsApp and Skype calls if preferred.
Where additional support is identified or needed, we will signpost or alert the relevant agencies safeguarding you and those offering help.
