Patients whose first language is not English

Language Line is an interpreter service which is available in the practice for patients whose first language is not English.

This can be accessed via the telephone in each consulting room and in the treatment room. When a patient whose first language is not English books an appointment, a double appointment will be made in order to allow for the extra time involved in conducting the consultation via an interpreter.
